What is EDTA - Battery Reconditioning Powder???

EDTA stands more appropriately for ethylenediaminetetraacetic. This is more commonly referred to as EDTA Calcium Disodium and it comes in a powder form. You can also use it to aid with the reconditioning of deep cycle batteries.

You can buy this on the internet and typically a 1/2 Kilogram bag will cost around $15 US Dollars. This is plenty to refurbish lots of batteries if used properly, normally for each cell in a battery you only have to use a tablespoon of the compound to help with battery regeneration.

Don't get sucked into buying other peoples "Special" battery regeneration mixtures. This is all that you will need.

Renewable energy resources will help provide new job opportunities and will force a big step in fighting against foreign oil dependancy. There is more information about how to recycle, conserve energy, and there are plenty of sites out on the internet that discuss the wind turbines, solar power, and other renewable vehicles for residential home applications.

What is renewable energy?

Renewable energy by definition is also known as clean or green power, and is most basically explained as energy sources that mother nature will continually replace. These are sunlight, water, and wind.

We can't simply store sunlight or wind for example when we need to generate energy, so normally the energy is changed and stored into a different medium such as batteries for use later.

It is also possible to have enough electricity to where the power companies pay you to use your unused power. There are many people that live "Off the grid" so to speak by rationing their electricity needs and using a photovoltaic system to power their homes.
