EDTA stands more appropriately for ethylenediaminetetraacetic. This is more commonly referred to as EDTA Calcium Disodium and it comes in a powder form. You can also use it to aid with the reconditioning of deep cycle batteries.
You can buy this on the internet and typically a 1/2 Kilogram bag will cost around $15 US Dollars. This is plenty to refurbish lots of batteries if used properly, normally for each cell in a battery you only have to use a tablespoon of the compound to help with battery regeneration.
Don't get sucked into buying other peoples "Special" battery regeneration mixtures. This is all that you will need.
